Inclusion & Diversity.
For us these aren't slogans: they're operational criteria we apply every time we make decisions about people — recruitment, compensation, training, promotions. Meritocracy isn't a tagline, it's a method.
Three rules, non-negotiable.
The guidelines that run through every decision we make about the people at Eurisko.
Equal opportunity, no exceptions
Age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, disability, marital status: none of these dimensions affects the decisions we make about our people.
Transparent meritocracy
Compensation, career paths, and responsibilities are guided by objective criteria: skills, contribution to the team, and results. Paths are clear, communicated, and verifiable.
Zero tolerance
Harassment, discrimination, retaliation: not tolerated. We have reporting channels and a structured procedure to handle any such incident confidentially and promptly.
Four concrete areas.
From principles to practice: where and how our Inclusion & Diversity policy translates into operational choices.
-
Recruitment
Neutral job descriptions, diverse interview panels, and evaluation criteria defined before the meeting to reduce bias.
-
Compensation and growth
Transparent pay bands, a structured annual review, and a clear separation between skills assessment and subjective judgment.
-
Training
Equal access to SAP training and certification opportunities, regardless of seniority, role, or assignment.
-
Reporting
A dedicated channel — anonymous if needed — for reporting behavior that doesn't align with the code of ethics. Every report is reviewed.
Think outside the box and treat others with the same respect you'd expect to receive.
