Eurisko Our Vision AI Culture

AI as our everyday colleague.

We don't sell AI. We use it. Every day, in every project. Pragmatic, embedded in our processes, declared with full transparency. No hype.

Our compass

We were born in 2002. AI is the new productivity baseline.

In more than twenty years technology has shed its skin three times: client/server, web, cloud. Now it's AI's turn. For consulting firms, AI is the new baseline for productivity, quality and delivery speed. We're in — without marketing-speak, without fear, without smokescreens.

Where we use it

Four areas, four concrete applications.

01 · Development

AI-augmented pair programming.

ABAP development, custom integrations, internal tooling: we write code in pair-programming with an AI assistant. The consultant remains the senior, AI is the junior that never tires. Result: less boilerplate, more time for design, cleaner deliverables. The consultant signs. Accountability stays human.

02 · Knowledge management

Twenty years of experience, queryable in plain language.

Twenty years of projects, configurations, edge-case fixes, lessons-learned. An SAP knowledge base that grows every day. We query it in natural language: "How did we handle the asset migration for client X in 2019?" — AI surfaces the answer in two seconds. Collective know-how, accessible in real time.

03 · Documentation

Faster drafts, higher quality.

Functional specifications, configuration docs, training material, user manuals: the first draft is half the time. The consultant reviews, integrates, validates. Effort moves from "writing" to "thinking". Deliverable quality rises, doesn't fall — because the time once spent on form goes into substance.

04 · This website

The proof you're looking at.

The site you're reading was built in pair with an AI in one week: 75 pages, two languages, custom design, no templates, no frameworks. It's the textbook case of our methodology: the machine accelerates, the human directs, the result beats what either could do alone. We declare it openly — because how we work is part of what we sell.

The lines we draw

Where AI does not step in. By design.

AI is a tool, not a shortcut. We draw clear boundaries around what stays exclusively human. That's how we protect quality, confidentiality, accountability.

  • Strategic decisions. About a project, a client, a person. Accountability is human — always. AI suggests, we decide.
  • Candidate evaluation in recruiting. People talk to people. No automated screening, no AI scoring on CVs.
  • Sensitive client data without explicit mandate. Privacy first: sensitive data stays inside the contractual perimeter, never sent to external models without formal client authorization.
  • Final client output without review. No "let's just forward what the LLM produced". Every deliverable passes through a consultant who signs it off.
  • Production code without pair-review. AI writes drafts. A human decides the merge to main after review. Two-signature rule, always.
Transparency

The tools we actually use.

No varnish: here's the AI stack that's part of our daily work. It will change over time — this list will be kept current.

  • Claude (Anthropic) — main assistant for extended reasoning, code review, technical documentation drafting.
  • GitHub Copilot & Cursor — IDE-integrated pair programming for ABAP, JavaScript, configurations.
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI) — peer-level alternative for specific tasks, brainstorming, summaries.
  • Gemini (Google) — extended research and long-document analysis leveraging the context window.
What changes

For the client. For people looking for a job here.

For the client

Shorter time-to-delivery at the same quality. Project documentation that's consistent and rich. Historical knowledge of our work accessible in real time during the engagement. Transparency on the "how": you know how we work, we don't hide it.

For people looking for a job here

An AI-first environment from day one: modern tools, continuous learning, pair programming as standard practice. No analog bureaucracy. People are evaluated on what they decide, not how many lines they type. Accelerated technical growth: you're inside the frontier, not watching it.
