2.1 Data voluntarily provided by the user
When a user fills out the contact form on the Contact page or submits a job application, we collect:

The IT systems and software procedures that operate the website acquire, in the course of normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time of request).

4. Data recipients
Personal data collected will be processed by authorized personnel of the controller. Data may be communicated to:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) — email delivery service provider that sends the contact and job application form submissions (including the CV attachment), acting as external data processor.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting provider.
- Fontshare (ITC Group) — provider of the web fonts used by the site.
- Judicial or administrative authorities, when required by law.
Data will not be disseminated or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention period
- Data collected via contact form: kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from receipt, unless a contractual relationship is established.
- Applications and CVs: kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted.
- Browsing data: server logs kept for the strictly necessary time for security and diagnostics, normally no longer than 7 days.
- Data for legal obligations: kept for the periods required by applicable law.
6. Data subject rights
Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
- Access their personal data (art. 15)
- Obtain rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (art. 16)
- Obtain erasure (right to be forgotten, art. 17)
- Obtain restriction of processing (art. 18)
- Receive their data in a structured, commonly used format (portability, art. 20)

- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal

7. Transfers of data outside the EU
Some service providers (in particular Resend and Vercel) are based in the United States. Such transfers occur on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
8. Minors
The site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data of minors. Should the collection of a minor's data be detected, it will be deleted without delay.
